The Agreement allows the City to execute a subordination agreement to specific insured or direct project financing from FHA or HUD. The property owner has requested that the City execute a subordination agreement to enable a refinancing to occur that is not FHA or HUD insured or direct project financing. This would allow a new loan to be recorded in favor of PW Funding, Inc. It is the recommendation of staff to approve the resolution authorizing the Subordination Agreement.
