as the Starlight Subdivision located south of Starlight Boulevard
and east of Summit Drive) , as more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and the sketch attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, be and the same is hereby vacated and
abandoned as a waterline easement.
3 . The City Clerk of the City of Redding be and hereby is
directed to record a certified copy of this Resolution, attested
to by the City Clerk under the seal of the City of Redding, in
the office of the Shasta County Recorder.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 18th day of October , 1988 , and was
adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Carter, Fulton, & Johannessen
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS : None

A Right-of-Way 15 feet wide, lying 7 1/2 feet on each side of the
following-described center line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the intersection between
Olive Avenue and Laurel Avenue of the Boardman Addition to City
of Redding as shown in Book 1 of Maps at page 57 of Official
Records of Shasta County; thence N. 82°19 ' E. , 20 feet; thence
S. 7°41 ' E. , 0 . 83 feet to the point of beginning; thence
S. 7°41 ' E. , 938 . 55 feet; thence S. 27°27 ' W. , 102 .45 feet;
thence S. 7°58 ' 40" E. , 1333 . 53 feet; thence S. 6°43 ' 20" W. ,
377 . 11 feet; thence S . 19°47 ' W. , 636 .08 feet; thence
S . 7°20 ' 20" W. , 495 .04 feet, more or less, to the southeasterly
boundary of the Buetke property as described in Book 315 at page
303 of Official Records of Shasta County.
The sidelines of said easement to be lengthened or shortened to
meet adjoining property lines .
