Dear Ethyl :
Sequoia Pacific Systems is pleased to present for your considera-
tions the enclosed proposal for upgrading your method of tabulat-
ing ballots .
I spoke to Connie Strohmayer last week and she explained that you
would like to use existing City owned computer hardware , that
works well with our package as we do offer software only for
jurisdictions that own compatible computer equipment . Our Soft-
ware only package includes the software for ballot counting, the
ballot reader and all cabling required.
After examining this proposal , if any questions come up, please
don' t hesitate to give me a call at ( 209 ) 592-2191 .
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
