O 9".a.3/ tir*m4Y A) FEE ii REOOPIDEA FEES ...Ger, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ' ACCEPTING PARCELS 1 AND 2 OF THE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES , TRACT 1570 , RECORDED IN BOOK 1698 , PAGE it 160 , OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SHASTA COUNTY, FOR MAINTENANCE AND ' OPERATION (OAK MESA SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1) . Ii WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Parcels 1 and 2 of the Offer of Dedication for Public Purposes, Tract 1570 , recorded in Book 1698 , page 160 , Official Records of Shasta County, as shown on the maps attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be accepted now into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that, pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Parcels 1 and 2 of the Offer of Dedication for Public Purposes, Tract 1570 , recorded in Book 1698 , page 160 , Official Records of Shasta County, are hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
