HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso. 1989-239 - Amending resolution no. 89-215 I � RESOLUTION NO. 01" ."1-57 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-215 BY (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 24 , 1989 ; AND (2) IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 25 , 1989 . WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 89-215 ; and WHEREAS , staff has recommended that Resolution No. 89-215 be amended by (1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay- for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, June 24 , 1989 ; and (2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference effective June 25 , 1989 ; and WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests co co I I of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the rf rD City of Redding that Resolution No. 89-215 be and hereby is '� n Q amended by (1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, June 24 , 1989 ; and (2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Rescinded by Resolution 90-546 ( i 411 Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective June 25 , 1989 .
