Does landscaping within required street-frontage planters count toward 1 satisfying the minimum percentage of landscaping required in parking lots? 3. Do trees planted within perimeter street-frontage planters count toward satisfying the minimum number of shade trees per parking space requirement 1 within parking lots? If the sidewalk along the street frontage is not adjacent to the property line, the area between the back of the sidewalk and the property line shall be landscaped to match the adjacent on-site planter. 4.
