" However, other policies are alsc� established, which by their nature do �' not require adoption by Ordinance: these policy statements , adopted by � � � , Resolution of the City Council, need t� be consolidated in a reference Idocument for eas__y access; and j I I � V;HEREAS, on October 4 , 1988 , by Resolution No. 88-364 , the City ; i ; Council adopted a Schedule of Fees and Service Charges; and � � i WHFREAS, under said Resolution, the City Manager is authorized and ! ,� � I directed to revise, supplement, and maintain said Fee Schedule so that to the greatest extent possible the Schedule will be a comprehensive � II II�j list of fees for.
