'j' The City Council of the City of Redding resolves:
���
' � . l. On December 15, 1987, this Council approved the Amended
� I
� � Engineer's Report and assessment and ordered the improvement in
I
° Huntington Drive/Debbie Lane Water Assessment District No. 1987-3,
�
City of Redding, Shasta County, California. Subsequently, it was
� determined that through inadvertence the lien for Assessment 56 was
�
E, erroneously imposed upon and billed to the incorrect Assessor' s
II
�i Parcel Number.

t 2 . A Consent and Waiver to Increase of Assessment has been
�
�
� obtained from the property owners of Assessment No. 56, consenting
to the assessment against Assessor' s Parcel No. 55-05-01 in the I
_
amount of $4, 465. 39, as well as consent to the inclusion on the �
� ��
1989-90 property tax roll, along with the installment properly
P
�h billable at that time ($545. 06) , of the additional amount of
�
��
; $590. 58, which should have been billed to said parcel on the 1988-89
� property tax roll. Said Consent and Waiver is attached hereto as
; Exhibit A and made a part hereof.

jl 2 . Pursuant to Chapter 4 .5, Section 10352 of the California l

Streets and Highways Code, this Council hereby authorizes and
k directs the City Clerk to change Exhibit C (the Assessment Roll) on

ti
`li file in the Amended Engineer's Report in the Clerk's office and the
��
� i Director of Public Works ' office to reflect the Assessor's Parcel
'I' � \
i; No. as 55-05-01 for Assessment Parcel 56 and to change Exhibit E ` �
�
�; (the Property Owners ' List) to reflect the owners of Assessment i�
��� �
�� �

,, Parcel 56 as Fred and Diana Sundberg, with the correct mailing
�' address for said owners. These changes are made without notice and I
�� hearing in accordance with the signed consent from the property
�r

^ ' owners.

i� 3 . This Council hereby directs the City Clerk to record an
; Amended Notice of Assessment in the office of the Shasta County _
` Recorder to reflect this corrected Assessor' s Parcel Number and the i
� I Sundbergs as owners of the parcel. A certified copy of this �
resolution is to be filed in each copy of the Amended Engineer' s i

�� We, the undersigned, are the owners of certain real �
h�l property identified in the assessment proceedings known as I
�� "Huntington Drive/Debbie Lane Water Assessment District No. 1987-3 , I
';, City of Redding, Shasta County, California" as Assessment No. 56 �
�i (Assessor ' s Parcel No. 55-05-01) . �
. We hereby acknowledge that our parcel should be subject ' -
;p, to a lien in the amount of $4 , 465. 39 on account of the special I
benefit derived from the improvements installed through the above- �
; named assessment proceedings. �
t � We hereby consent to the imposition of an assessment in l
� said amount against this parcel , and waive all requirements of I
�j public hearing and notice of such public hearing to us, as
I
, I otherwise required by law.
�, We hereby acknowledge that, through inadvertence, a lien j
� was erroneously imposed upon another parcel and the installment on
the account of the unpaid lien of $590. 58 was, therefore, ;
erroneously billed, not to our parcel, but to the other parcel . We `
il� hereby consent to the inclusion on the 1989-90 property tax roll , �
o,'� along with the installment properly billable at that time, in the �
; amount of $545. 06, of the additional amount of $590. 58 , which �
� sriould have been billed to our parcel for 1988-89 .
