HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 1915 - Amending section 18.06.020 I i • 111 Ji ORDINANCE NO. 1915 II AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING SECTION 18 . 06 . 020 OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE II' RELATING TO THE PREZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-13-89) . I The City Council of the City of Redding does hereby ordain • as follows: Section 1 . That effective on the date the hereinafter- described property is annexed into the City of Redding, the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section 18 . 06 . 020 of the Redding Municipal Code , as designated on a Map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of Redding, California, " dated March 19 , 1956 , will be altered by: ZONING: approximately 540 acres generally located north of 'i ,t Highway 299E, south of Gold Hills Golf Course, and gyp , on both sides of Churn Creek, as shown and described on the maps attached hereto and incorpo- rated herein by reference j1; , TO: that depicted on the attached exhibit labeled "Recommended Zoning. " Section 2 . This rezoning is approved effective on the date the above property is annexed into the City of Redding. Section 3 . City Council hereby ratifies the Negative Declaration prepared for this project showing that it has no substantial impact upon the environment, and that an environ- , mental impact report is not necessary. 1111 � �I •• .1 '!
