(1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT , AUGUST 4 , 1990 ; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE AUGUST 5 , 1990 . B. (1) DELETING, AS OF MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 4 , 1990 , THE CURRENT EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE AUGUST 5 , 1990 . WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan and the Employee Classification Schedule and Salary Plan as previously established by Resolution No. 89-215 , and partially amended by Resolution Nos. 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , 90-82 , 90-145 , and 90-321 ; AND WHEREAS, staff has recommended that Resolution No. 89-215 , partially amended by Resolution Nos. 89-239 , 89-299, 89-314 , 90-82 , 90-145 , and 90-321 be further amended by: A. (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 4 , 1990 ; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE AUGUST 5 , 1990 . B. (1) DELETING, AS OF MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 4 , 1990 , THE CURRENT EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE AUGUST 5 , 1990 . AND WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendations; Rescinded by Resolution 90-546 4 111 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 89-215 , partially amended by Resolution Nos. 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , 90-82 , 90-145 , and 90-321 be and hereby is further amended by: A. (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT , AUGUST 4 , 1990 ; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE AUGUST 5 , 1990 . B. (1) DELETING, AS OF MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 4 , 1990 , THE CURRENT EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE AUGUST 5 , 1990 .
