• 4101, RESOLUTION NO. q1O - 32 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-215 , PARTIALLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS . 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , 90-82 , AND 90-145 , BY: A. (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 23 , 1990 ; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 24 , 1990 . B. (1) DELETING, AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 23 , 1990 , THE CURRENT EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 24 , 1990 . WHEREAS , City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan and the Employee Classification Schedule and Salary Plan as previously established by Resolution No. 89-215 , and partially amended by Resolution Nos. 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , 90-82 , and 90-145 ; AND WHEREAS , staff has recommended that Resolution No. 89-215 , partially amended by Resolution Nos . 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , 90-82 , and 90-145 , be further amended by: A. (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 23 , 1990 ; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 24 , 1990 . B. (1) DELETING, AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 23 , 1990 , THE CURRENT EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 24 , 1990 . i 1 AND WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendations; U3 Rescinded by Resolution 90-546 Aft NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 89-215 , partially amended by Resolution Nos . 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , 90-82 , and 90-145 , be and hereby is further amended by: A. (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 23 , 1990 ; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 24 , 1990 .
