In general, this supplement covers construction observation services to be provided by PACE Engineering and it is our understanding that the City would provide contract administration. Cost itemization of the additional work is included in the attached Supplemental Agreement, of which three signed copies are included for your execution and/or modification. We anticipate that Tom Warnock, the design engineer, would primarily be responsible for construction observation, supple- ; mented by a Technician when appropriate. We suggest that the City consider allowing available staff at the Wastewater Treat- ment Facility to assist in construction observation activities. Coordination of construction observation assistance would be through Steve Craig on an as available time basis.
