HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1990-145 - Amending resolution No. 89-215, Partually Amended by reso Nos. 89-239, 89-299, 89-314 and 90-82 op RESOLUTION NO. 5t, q4if A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R.EDDING AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-215 , PARTIALLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS . 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , AND 90-82 BY (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, MARCH 31 , 1990 ; AND (2) IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE APRIL 1 , 1990 . WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 89-215 , partially amended by Resolution Nos. 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , and 90-82 ; and WHEREAS, staff has recommended that Resolution No. 89-215 as amended by Resolution Nos. 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , and 90-82 be amended by (1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay- for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, March 31 , 1990 ; and (2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference effective April 1 , 1990 ; and WHEREAS , City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 89-215 as amended by Resolution Nos. 89-239 , 89-299 , 89-314 , and 90-82 be and hereby Rescinded by Resolution 90-546 U'V, III III is amended by (1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, March 31 , 1990; and (2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective April 1 , 1990 .
