A vW 0 parC; 9600 1 JAN 2 6 1990 Redd\ng, RESOLUTION NO. 7:9 -5/ RECORDER FEE$ ...... �( A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ORDERING THE REVERSION TO ACREAGE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 17 . 52 OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE (PD-4-80) . WHEREAS , the owner of the Mt. Shasta Villas condominium project has petitioned to the City of Redding to have the following property reverted to acreage: All that real property described on and lying within the exterior boundary of that subdivision map entitled PD-4-80 , Mount Shasta Villas, filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Shasta, State of California, on July 18 , 1984 , Book 17 , page 48 , Shasta County Records; Assessor' s Parcel numbers 072-180-14 and 112-250-08 ; and WHEREAS, a public hearing, duly and properly noticed, commenced at the City Council Chambers, 1313 California Street, Redding, California, on January 16 , 1990 , and was concluded prior to the adoption of this Resolution; and WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Planning Commission and staff that said property be reverted to acreage, subject to retaining the easement depicted on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that this matter is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redding hereby resolves and orders as follows : 1 . That the City Council, pursuant to Section 17 . 52 . 050 C of the Redding Municipal Code, makes the following findings in connection herewith: (a) Dedications or offers of dedication to be vacated or abandoned by the proposed reversion are unnecessary for present or prospective public use; and r�CJ" _ ftiuc;'�.. t PAGE W i • (b) No lots shown on the final or parcel map have been sold within five years from the date such map was filed for record. 2 . That the real property situate in the City of Redding, County of Shasta, State of California, described as: All that real property described on and lying within the exterior boundary of that subdivision map entitled PD-4-80 , Mount Shasta Villas, filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Shasta, State of California, on July 18 , 1984 , Book 17 , page 48 , Shasta County Records; Assessor' s Parcel numbers 072-180-14 and 112-250-08 ; and shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be reverted to acreage, subject to retaining the easement depicted on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 3 . That the City Clerk of the City of Redding be and hereby is directed to record a certified copy of this Resolution, attested to by the City Clerk under the seal of the City of Redding, in the office of the Shasta County Recorder and Assessor.
