AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1613, WHICH AMENDED SECTION 18 . 06 . 020
OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE REZONING OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-16-82) .
The City Council of the City of Redding does hereby ordain as
follows:
1 . That under Ordinance No. 1613 adopted by the City Council
of the City of Redding on January 3 , 1983 , the boundaries of the
districts referred to in Section 18. 06 . 020 of the Redding Municipal
Code as designated on a Map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
Redding, California," dated March 19 , 1956 , were altered as
follows:
That portion of the City of Redding described in Ordinance No.
1613 as Parcel No. 3 , attached as Exhibit "A" hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, was
REZONED FROM: "U" Unclassified District
TO: "R1-B1" Single Family Residential District.
2. That said Parcel No. 3 as contained in Ordinance No. 1613
be and hereby is amended as follows:
All that portion of the City of Redding described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be
REZONED FROM: "U" Unclassified District
TO: "R1-B10" Single Family Residential District.
3 . That all other terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 1613
shall remain in full force and effect.
4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause its publication according to law. Ui

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced

and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Redding on the 15th day of January , 1991 , and was duly read
and adopted on the 5th day of February , 1991, at a regular
meeting of the City Council by the following vote:
