HomeMy WebLinkAbout2029 - Amending Section 18.06.020 I • • ORDINANCE NO. 24721c, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING SECTION 18.06.020 OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-22-92). The City Council of the City of Redding does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. That the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section 18.06.020 of the Redding Municipal Code as designated on a Map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of Redding, California," dated March 19, 1956, are hereby altered as set forth in the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by: REZONING: Lancer Hills Estates Subdivision, Unit 3 FROM: "U" Unclassified District TO: "R3-25-F" Multiple-Family Residential District, subject to the Site Plan Review criteria set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. City Council hereby ratifies the Negative Declaration previously prepared for the subdivision represented by this rezoning, and finds that this rezoning has no substantial impact upon the environment and an environmental impact report is not necessary. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance, and cause its publication according to law. The maximum number of units permitted on any lot in Lancer Hills Estates Unit 3 is 4. 2. The maximum building height to be 2 stories. 3. No development other than landscaping shall occur in the open-space easement recorded on Lots 5, 6, and 7. 4. Condition Nos. 3, 4, 7, 8, 22, and 23 of tentative subdivision approval for Lancer Hills Estates, Unit 3 (S-1-91) shall be complied with at the time of development. EXHIBIT "A"
