Home My WebLink About+ ORDINANCE NO. 985 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING SECTION 18.06.020 OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-14-91) . The City Council of the City of Redding does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. That the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section 18.06.020 of the Redding Municipal Code as designated on a Map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of Redding, California," dated March 19, 1956, are hereby altered as set forth in the maps attached hereto and incorporated herein by: REZONING: Highland Oaks Units 1-3; Saratoga North Estates Units 1-3; Western Oaks Estates Unit 2; and Western Ranches Unit 9, Phases I-III FROM: "U" Unclassified District and "U-FP" Unclassified District with Floodplain TO: "R1-B10," "R1-B20" and "Rl-BFM" Single-Family Residential Districts. Section 2. City Council hereby ratifies the Negative Declarations previously prepared for the subdivisions represented by this rezoning, and finds that this rezoning has no further substantial impact upon the environment and an environmental impact report is not necessary. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance, and cause its publication according to law.
