A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
APPROVING AMENDMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT AND BENEFIT
POLICIES FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE APRIL
21, 2021, AND AMENDMENT TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
PAY -FOR -PERFORMANCE SALARY SCHEDULE, EFFECTIVE APRIL
18, 2021
WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Employment and Benefit Policies for
Unrepresented Employees be amended, effective April 21, 2021; and
WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Executive Management Pay -For -
Performance Salary Schedule be amended, effective April 18, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such
recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Employment and Benefit Policies for Unrepresented Employees by amended, effective April 21,
2021, and the Executive Management Pay -For -Performance Salary Schedule be amended,
effective April 18, 2021.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 20th day of April, 2021, by the
following vote:
