HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2021-039 - Summarily Vacation of Fifteen Foot Wide Public Service Easement across APN 109-310-028Guidelines Section 15061. The easement was acquired by an easement grant deed to the City for
utility purposes. There are no environmental attributes to the property underlying the public service
easement which would merit preparation of a mitigated negative declaration or environmental
impact report. The underlying property does not have significant values for wildlife habitat or other
environmental purposes and is of such size and shape that is incapable of independent development
or use. The property underlying the storm drain easement has not changed since the time of its
acquisition by the City. As such, there is no possibility that vacation of the public service easement
will have a significant impact on the environment.
5. The City Clerk is directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution of Vacation, attested by the
Clerk under seal, to be recorded in the Office of the Shasta County Assessor/Recorder.
