ORDINANCE NO. 203 8
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING SECTION
18.06.020 OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE REZONING OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-24-92).
The City Council of the City of Redding does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section
18.06.020 of the Redding Municipal Code as designated on a Map entitled "Zoning Map of
the City of Redding, California," dated March 19, 1956, are hereby altered as set
forth in the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by:
REZONING: 802 - 869 Cally Court
FROM: "R3-40-B15" Multiple Family Residential District
TO: "R3-40-BMF-F" Multiple Family Residential District, subject to
the site-plan-review criteria attached hereto and incorporated
by reference.
Section 2. It has been determined that this matter is not subject to the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance, and
cause its publication according to law.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and read at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 5th day of January,
1993, and was duly read and adopted on the 19th day of January, 1993, at a regular
meeting of the City Council by the following vote:

Site Plan Review Criteria RZ-24-92
"R3-40-BFM-F"
1. The minimum front-yard setback shall be 20 feet. Parking spaces shall not be placed in
the 20-foot, front-yard setback.
2. The minimum side-yard setbacks shall be those specified in Chapter 18.12.060B for single-
story construction. The minimum side-yard setback for two-story construction is 10 feet.
3. For lots adjacent to property zoned for single-family use, the minimum rear-yard setback
for two-story construction shall be 20 feet.
4. The minimum setback along the west property line of 802 and 805 Cally Court shall be
15 feet.
