ORDINANCE NO. LV 337
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING SECTION'
18.06.020 OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE REZONING OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-17-92)-.
The City Council of the City of Redding does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section
18.06.020 of the Redding Municipal Code as designated on a Map entitled "Zoning Map of
the City of Redding, California," dated March 19, 1956, are hereby altered as set
forth in the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by:
REZONING: 2770 Pioneer Drive
FROM: "R3-15-B1" Multiple Family Residential District - minimum lot
size 10,000 square feet
TO: "R4-25-B1" Multiple Family Residential District - minimum lot
size 10,000 square feet.
Section 2. City Council has ratified the Negative Declaration prepared in
connection herewith, finding that no significant effect on the environment is created
hereby.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance, and
cause its publication according to law.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and read at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 15th day of
December, 1992, and was duly read and adopted on the 5th day of January 1993, at a
regular meeting of the City Council by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Anderson, Arness, Dahl•, Kehoe & Moss
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
