RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-546, PARTIALLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS. 91-103, 91-122, 91-123, 91-129, 91-171, 91-250, 91-251, 91-270,91-458, AND 91- 516 BY: A. (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, DECEMBER 7, 1991; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 8, 1991. B. (1) DELETING, AS OF MIDNIGHT, DECEMBER 7, 1991, THE CURRENT EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 8, 1991. WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan and the Employee Classification Schedule and Salary Plan as previously established by Resolution No. 90-546 , partially amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129, 91-171, 91-250 , 91-251, 91-270, 91-458, and 91-516 ; AND WHEREAS, pursuant to the attached Report to City Council, staff has recommended that Resolution No. 90-546 , partially amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122 , 91-123 , 91-129, 91-171 , 91-250, 91-251 , 91-270, 91-458 , and 91- be further amended by: A. ( 1 ) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, DECEMBER 7, 1991; AND ( 2 ) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 8 , 1991. i B. AND WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 90-546, partially amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129 , 91-171, 91- 250 , 91-251 , 91-270 , 91-458 , and 91- be further amended by: A.
