A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-546, PARTIALLY AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NOS. 91-103, 91-122, 91-123, 91-129, 91-171,
91-250, 91-251, 91-270, AND 91-458 BY:
(1) DELETING THE EXISTING EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-
FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT,
DECEMBER 7, 1991; AND
(2) IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER ESTABLISHING A NEW
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY
PLAN EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 8, 1991.
WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive
Management Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No.
90-546, partially amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122 , 91-
123 , 91-129 , 91-171, 91-250 , 91-251 , 91-270 , and 91-458 ; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the attached Report to City Council,
staff has recommended that Resolution No. 90-546 as amended by
Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129, 91-171, 91-250 ,
91-251 , 91-270 , and 91-458 be further amended by ( 1 ) deleting the
existing Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as
of midnight, December 7 , 1991; and ( 2 ) immediately thereafter
establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance
Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference effective December 8 , 1991 ; and
WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests
of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redding that Resolution No. 90-546 as amended by
Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129, 91-171 , 91-250, ?v
91-251 , 91-270, and 91-458 be and hereby is amended by (1) fit'
deleting the existing Executive Management Pay-for-Performance
Salary Plan as of midnight, December 7 , 1991; and ( 2 ) immediately

thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for-
Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto effective December 8 , 1991.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 3rd day of December, 1991, and was
duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
