A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-28; AND APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.
001, REV. 2, TO STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP
PROGRAM AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5068 BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF REDDING AND THE STATE. OF CALIFORNIA, THROUGH
ITS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
HARTNELL AVENUE FROM BECHELLI LANE TO SCHOOL STREET.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redding as follows:
1. City Council hereby rescinds Resolution No. 91-28 which
approved Program Supplement 001, Rev. 1, dated February 22, 1991,
to the above-mentioned Agreement.
2 . City Council hereby approves Program Supplement No.
001, Rev. 2, dated August 5, 1991, to the State-Local
Transportation Partnership Program Agreement No. SLTPP-5068
between the City of Redding and the State of California,
Department of Transportation, a true copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
3 . That the Mayor of the City of Redding is hereby
authorized and directed to sign said Revision 2 dated August. 5,
1991 , on behalf of the City of Redding; and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to attest the signature of the

Mayor and to impress the official seal of the City of Redding
thereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 17th day of September 1991, and was
duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:

PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5068
This Program Supplement is hereby incorporated into the State-Local Trans-
portation Partnership Program Agreement for State Share Funds which was
entered into between the Local Entity and the State on / / and is
subject to all the terms and conditions thereof. This Program Supplement
is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Article I of the aforemen-
tioned Master Agreement under authority of Resolution No. ,
approved by the Local Entity on (See copy attached) .
The Local Entity further stipulates that as a condition to payment of funds
obligated to this project, it accepts and will comply with any covenants or
remarks setforth on the following pages.

SPECIAL COVENANTS OR REMARKS
1. This Revised Program Supplement supersedes Program Supplement
approved by the Local Agency's Governing Body on 04/19/91
1. It is mutually understood between the parties that this
contract may have been written before ascertaining the
availability of legislative appropriation of funds, for
the mutual benefit of both parties, in order to avoid
program and fiscal delays that would occur if the
agreement were executed after that determination was
made.
The total amount of State-Local Transportation
Partnership funds payable by the State shall not exceed
$138699 to be encumbered and reimbursed as follows:
FY 90-91 $ 138699
FY 91-92 0
FY 92-93 0
This agreement is valid and enforceable only if
sufficient funds are made available by the California
State Legislature.
Any subsequent State Partnership funding changes will be
made through a revised finance letter.
