N U-1\. n Z Q H Z `-'CD WHEREAS, proceedings have been duly conducted and held in CD accordance with the provisions of the Public Streets, Highways, CD w and Service Easements Vacation Law, Streets and Highways Code o M Section 8300, et seq. ; and LU w CD� - WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redding finds and U determines that, subject to the condition set forth in paragraph ry 0 2 below, the hereinafter described real property is not necessary for present or prospective street right-of-way purposes; UJ a NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redding hereby resolves and orders as follows: CO-J 1.
