A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT ON QUAIL HOLLOW SUBDIVISION, UNIT
3, IN CITY OF REDDING LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
NO. 20, FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 91-278 , City Council approved a
Report of the Engineer relating to the annexation of additional
lots (Quail Hollow Subdivision, Unit 3 ) into LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 20 , prepared pursuant to Streets and
Highways Code Section 22623 , describing the improvements therein
and giving notice of and fixing the time and place of the public
hearing on the question of levying an assessment for fiscal year
1991-92 on the additional lots annexed into said District
pursuant to said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, an illustration of the additional lots annexed into
said District, namely Quail Hollow Subdivision, Unit 3 , is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, said public hearing, duly and properly noticed,
commenced at the City Council Chambers, 1313 California Street,
Redding, California, on August 6, 1991, and was concluded prior
to the adoption of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this
Resolution have occurred;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redding does
hereby resolve, determine, and order as follows:
1 . That the matters set forth above are true and correct.
2 . That the assessment of $0 . 00 for each lot located
within Unit 1 of the Monterey Springs Subdivision was heretofore 1

adopted, confirmed, and levied for the 1991-92 fiscal year
pursuant to Resolution No. 91-143 adopted April 2, 1991 .
3 . That the improvements specified in the Report herein-
above referred to, which Report is on file with the City Clerk of
the City of Redding, are hereby ordered to be completed.
4. That Council hereby expressly overrules any and all
protests filed objecting to the proposed improvements specified
herein, or the assessment levied hereby.
5. That the assessment diagram contained in said Report
referred to hereinabove, and the assessment of $0 . 00 for Lot 1
and the assessment of $149. 85 for each of .Lots 2 through 18 of
the Quail Hollow Subdivision, Unit 3 , located within said
District, are hereby adopted and confirmed, and that said
assessments be and hereby are levied for the 1991-92 fiscal year.
5 . That the City Clerk shall forthwith transfer to the
Auditor and the Recorder/Assessor of Shasta County a certified
copy of this Resolution and a certified copy of the assessment
diagram contained in the Report referred to hereinabove.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 6th. day of August , 1991, and was duly
adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
