A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDDING BY ADOPTING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS 10-90, 18-90, 1-91, AND 6-91. WHEREAS, following the required public hearings therefore, the Planning Commission of the City of Redding has recommended to the City Council that the Land Use Element of the City's General Plan be amended by incorporating therein the changes contained in General Plan Amendments 10-90, 18-90, 1-91, and 6-91; and WHEREAS, following the required notices in accordance with law, the City Council has held public hearings on said recommendations, and has carefully considered the evidence at said hearings. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding as follows: 1. With regard to GPA-10-90, GPA-18-90, GPA-1-91 and GPA-6-91, City Council has reviewed and approved the respective Negative Declarations on each, finding that the projects have no substantial impact upon the environment and ' that environmental impact reports are not necessary. 2. With regard to GPA-6-91, the following provisions shall apply: The density of the property shall be determined by the resultant area on the property required to pass or contain a 100-year flood, but in no case shall exceed 380 lots. On the west side of Clover Creek, the density shall be 4.0 units pre acre. On the east side of Clover Creek, the density shall be 2.0 units per acre. The developer may transfer density from the west side of the creek to the east side of the creek, but the maximum density on the east side of the creed, if such transfer occurs, shall not exceed 3.0 units per acre. Density credits shall not be accrued for the property from any of the following areas: a. Any area required to pass a 100-year flood. b. Any area required to provide on-site detention of storm waters. c. The area required to pass a 100-year flood shall include provision for maintenance access. 3.
