(1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 22, 1991; AND i (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 23, 1991. B. (1) DELETING, AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 22, 1991, THE I CURRENT EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 23, 1991. WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan and the Employee Classification Schedule and Salary Plan as previously established by Resolution No. 90-546, partially amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103, 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129, and 91-171. AND WHEREAS, staff has recommended that Resolution No. j 90-546, partially amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129, and 91-171, be further amended by: A. ( 1) DELETING THE EXISTING EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 22, 1991; AND ( 2) ESTABLISHING A NEW EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 23 , 1991. B.
