A RESOLUTION OF TIME CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION WINDSCAPE COURT AND COBBLE CREEK COURT IN UNIT 4 OF THE QUAIL RIDGE SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Unit 4 of the Quail Ridge Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Windscape Court and Cobble Creek Court in Unit 4 of said Subdivision now be accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Windscape Court and Cobble Creek Court in Unit 4 of the Quail Ridge Subdivision are hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
