A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-596 LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 ON CITY OF REDDING LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT NO. 15; AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT ON THE ADDITIONAL
LOTS ANNEXED INTO CITY OF REDDING LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT NO. 15 BY RESOLUTION NO. 91-111.
WHEREAS, on December 4 , 1990 , City Council adopted Resolution
No. 90-596 levying an assessment in the amount of Fifty-Nine and
59/100 Dollars ( $59 . 59) for each lot located within City of Redding
Landscape Maintenance District No. 15 for fiscal year 1991-92 ; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 91-111, City Council approved a
Report of the Engineer relating to the annexation of additional
lots into LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 15 , prepared pursuant
to Streets and Highways Code Section 22623 , describing the
improvements therein and giving notice of and fixing the time and
place of the public hearing on the question of levying an assess-
ment for fiscal year 1991-92 on the additional lots annexed
pursuant to said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, an illustration of the total area encompassed by said
District, including the additional lots annexed, is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, said public hearing, duly and properly noticed,
commenced at the City Council Chambers, 1313 California Street,
Redding, California, on April 2, 1991 , and was concluded prior to
the adoption of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this
Resolution have occurred;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redding as follows:
1. That the matters set forth above are true and correct.

2. That the improvements specified in the Report hereinabove

referred to for said Landscape Maintenance District, which Report
is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Redding, are hereby
ordered to be completed.
3 . That the assessment diagram contained in said Report
referred to hereinabove and the assessment of Fifty-Three and
15/100 Dollars ( $53 . 15) for each lot in LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT NO. 15 , which includes the additional lots annexed into

said District by Resolution No. 91-111, are hereby adopted and
confirmed, and that said assessment/reassessment amount be and
hereby is levied on each lot for the 1991-92 fiscal year.
4. That the City Clerk shall forthwith transfer to the County
Auditor and County Recorder of Shasta County a certified copy of
this Resolution and a certified copy of the assessment diagram
contained in the Report referred to hereinabove.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Redding on the 2nd day of April , 1991, and was duly adopted
at said meeting by the following vote:
