HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 91-122 - Amending Reso 90-546, Partially amended by Reso 91-103, by deleting existing Exec Mgmt pay for perf effective 12:00am, 03/16/91 and immediately establishing new exec Mgmt Pay for Perf plan 03/17/91 RESOLUTION NO. 91-122 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-546, PARTIALLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 91-103 , BY ( 1) DELETING THE EXISTING EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, MARCH 16, 1991; AND ( 2 ) IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE MARCH 17 , 1991. WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 90-546, partially amended by Resolution No. 91-103 ; and WHEREAS, staff has recommended that Resolution No. 90-546 as amended by Resolution No. 91-103 be further amended by ( 1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, March 16, 1991; and ( 2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference effective March 17 , 1991 ; and WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 90-546 as amended by Resolution No. 91-103 be and hereby is amended by ( 1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan Af"I00ED BY RESOLUTION 91-123 1 as of midnight, March 16, 1991; and ( 2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective March 17 , 1991.
