A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND
ADOPTING THE 44TH AMENDMENT TO THE CITY BUDGET
RESOLUTION NO. 90-362 APPROPRIATING $26,000 FOR DESIGN
WORK FOR THE VICTOR/CYPRESS ($8,000) , SHASTA
VIEW/HARTNELL ($8,000) , AND VICTOR/HIGHWAY 44 RAMPS
l ($10,000) TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING:
THAT the Annual Budget Resolution No. 90-362 be and is hereby amended as
j follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $26,000 for the design phase of
Victor/Cypress, Shasta View/Hartnell, and Victor/Highway 44 Ramps traffic signal
projects.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 19th day of
March 19 91 , and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
