HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 91-103 - Amending Reso 90-546 by deleting the existing Exec Mgmt Pay for perf @ midnight, 01/05/91 and immediately establish a new exec mgmt pay for perf effective 01/06/91 t j RESOLUTION NO. j I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-546 BY (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, JANUARY 5, 1991; AND (2) IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JANUARY 6, 1991. I j WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 90-546; and WHEREAS, staff has recommended that Resolution No. 90-546 be amended by ( 1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, January 5 , 1991; and ( 2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay- for-Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, effective January 6 , { 1991; and i WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 90-546 be and hereby is amended by i ( 1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, January 5 , 1991; and ( 2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit . "All attached hereto, effective January 6 , 1991 .
