RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND
SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS
CHURN CREEK ROAD EXTENSION NO. 2, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1990-5
JThe City Council of the City of Redding resolves:
1. At the direction of this City Council, SHARRAH DUNLAP AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. , as Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings
in Churn Creek Road Extension No. 2, Assessment District No. 1990-
5, City of Redding, Shasta County, California, has filed with the
City Clerk the report described in Section 10204 of the Streets and
Highways Code (Municipal Improvement Act of 1913) . This City
Council accepts the report without modification, for the purpose of
conducting a hearing of protests to the improvements described in
the report.
2 . This City Council sets 7: 00 P.M. on April 2, 1991, at the
Chambers of the City Council, 1313 California Street, Redding,
California 96001, as the time and place for hearing protests to the
proposed improvements.
3 . The City Clerk is directed to publish, post and mail the
notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act of
1913 , and to file an affidavit of compliance. The notice shall be

published in the RECORD SEARCHLIGHT.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Redding,
Shasta County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 19th day of February, 1991.
