A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ORDERING TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ANNEXATION 91-5, RHONDA LYN LANE DETACHMENT' ANNEXED TO COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 1 — FIRE PROTECTION, AND COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 15 — STREET LIGHTING WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Shasta adopted its Resolution No. 92-3 on February 20, 1992, making determinations and approving the proposed annexation to County Service Area Nos. 1 and 15 of territory described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of annexation as approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission are as follows: Boundaries approved by the Commission as shown on the attached map entitled Exhibit B; and WHEREAS, the regular County assessment roll is utilized by these County Service Areas; and WHEREAS, the affected territory will be taxed for existing general bonded indebtedness of the County Service Areas; and WHEREAS, the City Council certifies that the annexation is categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA; and WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission has authorized this Council to approve this annexation without notice and hearing and without an election. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Redding hereby orders the territory described in Exhibit A annexed, and directs the City Clerk to transmit a certified copy of this resolution with applicable fees required by Section 54902.5 of the Government Code to the executive officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of Shasta County. j I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 3rd day of March, 1992, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Arness, Carter, Fulton & Moss NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Dahl ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None OSS, Vice ayor ATTEST: r� CONNIE STROHMAYER, City tC1 rk FORM APPROVED: I RA DALL A.
