HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 92-076 - Amending Reso 90-546, partially amending Reso 91-103,122,123,129,171,250,251,270,458,516 and 531 Delete Exec Mgmt Salary Plan 02/15/92 & establish new plan 02/16/92 I RESOLUTION NO. 92-�ry A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-546, PARTIALLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS. 91-103, 91-122, 91-123, 91-129, 91-171, 91-250, 91-251, 91-270, 91-458, 91-516, AND 91-531 BY: I (1) DELETING THE EXISTING EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY- FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT, FEBRUARY 15, 1992; AND ( 2) IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 16, 1992. i WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 90-546, partially amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91- 123 , 91-129, 91-171, 91-250 , 91-251, 91-270, 91-458 , 91-516, and 91-531; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the attached Report to City Council, staff has recommended that Resolution No. 90-546 as amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129 91-171, 91-250, 91-251, 91-270 , 91-458, 91-516, and 91-531 be further amended by ( 1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, February 15, 1992; and ( 2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference effective February 16, 1992; and WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 90-546 as amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129, 91-171 , 91-250, t mended by Resolution No. 92-369 0 0 91-251, 91-270, 91-458, 91-516, and 91-531 be and hereby is amended by ( 1) deleting the existing Executive Management Pay- for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight, February 15 , 1992; and ( 2) immediately thereafter establishing a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto effective February 16, 1992 .
