HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 92-068 - Accepting for Maintenance & Operation Hemlock St & Oxbow St in Unit 2 of the Meadow Creek Subdivision RESOLUTION NO. q2 ..-6g A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION HEMLOCK STREET AND OXBOW STREET IN UNIT 2 OF THE MEADOW CREEK SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Unit 2 of the Meadow Creek Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Hemlock Street and Oxbow Street im Unit 2 of said Subdivision now be accepted into the City street system for mainte- nance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Hemlock Street and Oxbow Street in Unit 2 of the Meadow Creek Subdivision are hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
