HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 92-319 - Accepting for Maint & Operation O'Connor Ave & Record Ln in Unit 11 of the Mary Lake subdivision RESOLUTION NO. q2- — 3/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION O'CONNOR AVENUE AND RECORD LANE IN UNIT 11 OF THE MARY LAKE SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Unit 11 of the Mary "Lake Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that O' Connor Avenue and Record Lane in Unit 11 of said Subdivision now be accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, O' Connor Avenue and Record Lane in Unit 11 of the Mary Lake Subdivision are hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
