Home My WebLink AboutReso 92-344 - Approve the Comm Dev Block Grant for the COR & Authorize CM to sign same I RESOLUTION NO. 92-344 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FOR THE CITY OF REDDING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN SAME BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding as follows: 1. The City Council of the City of Redding hereby approves the Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program between the City of Redding and the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of$507,000.00 for fiscal year 1992. 2. The City Manager of the City of Redding is-hereby authorized and directed to sign all necessary documents on behalf of the City of Redding and the City Clerk is hereby authorized_and directed to attest the signature of the City Manager and to impress the official seal of the City of Redding on the aforesaid documents, when appropriate. 3. A true copy of the grant referred to herein is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
