A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
' APPROVING ADJUSTMENT TO THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRIAL WORKERS — MAINTENANCE
EMPLOYEES, LOCAL 1245 (IBEW MAINTENANCE) SCHEDULE OF
WAGE RATES, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 24, 2021
WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers —Maintenance Employees, Local 1245 Schedule of Wage Rates be amended to add the
classification of Working Supervisor— Solid Waste, effective January 24, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such

recommendation;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers — Maintenance Unity Schedule of Wage Rates
be amended, effective January 24, 2021.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 19th day of January, 2021, by
the following vote:
