A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-546, PARTIALLY AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NOS. 91-103, 91-122, 91-123, 91-129, 91-1711
91-250, 91-251, 91-270, 91-458, 91-516, 91-531, 92-76,
92-369, AND 92-370 BY:
( 1) DELETING THE EXISTING EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-
FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN AS OF MIDNIGHT,
OCTOBER 24, 1992; AND
( 2) IMMEDIATELY ULAFTER ESTABLISHING A NEW
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY
PLAN EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 25, 1992.

J WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive
Management Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No.
90-546, partially amended by Resolution Nos. 91-103 , 91-122, 91-
123, 91-129, 91-171, 91-250, 91-251, 91-270, 91-458, 91-516,
91-531, 92-76, 92-369, and 92-370; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the attached Report to City Council,
staff has recommended that Resolution No. 90-546 as amended by

Resolution Nos. 91-103, 91-122, 91-123 , 91-129, 91-171, 91-250,
91-251, 91-270, 91-458 , 91-516, 91-531, 92-76, 92-369, and 92-370
be further amended by ( 1) deleting the existing Executive
Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight,
October 24, 1992 ; and ( 2) immediately thereafter establishing a
new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set
forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference effective October 25, 1992; and

WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests
of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation;
Rescinded by Resolution No. 92-437
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redding that Resolution No. 90-546 as amended by
i Resolution Nos. 91-103, 91-122, 91-123, 91-129, 91-171, 91-250,
91-251, 91-270, 91-458, 91-516, 91-531, 92-76, 92-369, and 92-370
be and hereby is amended by ( 1) deleting the existing Executive
Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as of midnight,
October 24, 1992; and ( 2) immediately thereafter establishing a
new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan as set
forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto effective October 25, 1992.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 20th day of October, 1992, and was
duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
