MULLEN, TRUSTEE. WHEREAS, City Council, on April 21, 1992 , passed Resolution No. 92-181, being a Resolution of intention to begin legal pro- ceedings of abatement under Chapter 9 . 36 of the Redding Municipal Code on certain real property in the City of Redding located at 1264 Oregon Street, owned by Agnes L. Mullen, Trustee; and WHEREAS, a certified copy of said Resolution was recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Shasta County, State of California, on April 27 , 1992, in Book 2852 at page 175, Official Records of Shasta County; and WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals has been advised that the hazardous structure and debris have been removed by said owner; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that the legal proceedings of abatement be discontinued; and that the City Clerk of the City of Redding be and hereby is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Shasta County Recorder for recordation. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 17th day of November , 1992, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS.
