A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
RELEASING THE PROCEEDINGS OF ABATEMENT UNDER CHAPTER 9.36 OF
THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF REDDING LOCATED AT 1264 OREGON STREET, OWNED BY AGNES
L. MULLEN, TRUSTEE.
WHEREAS, City Council, on April 21, 1992 , passed Resolution
No. 92-181, being a Resolution of intention to begin legal pro-
ceedings of abatement under Chapter 9 . 36 of the Redding Municipal
Code on certain real property in the City of Redding located at
1264 Oregon Street, owned by Agnes L. Mullen, Trustee; and
WHEREAS, a certified copy of said Resolution was recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder of Shasta County, State of
California, on April 27 , 1992, in Book 2852 at page 175, Official
Records of Shasta County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals has been advised that the
hazardous structure and debris have been removed by said owner;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redding that the legal proceedings of abatement be
discontinued; and that the City Clerk of the City of Redding be and
hereby is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the Shasta County Recorder for recordation.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Redding on the 17th day of November , 1992, and was duly adopted
at said meeting by the following vote:
