A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION KINGSTON COURT,
!� FAYETTE LANE, AND MAYWOOD LANE IN UNIT 10 OF THE RAVENWOOD
ESTATES SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Unit 10 of the
Ravenwood Estates Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended
that Kingston Court, Fayette Lane, and Maywood Lane in Unit 10 of said Subdivision
now be accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the
City; and
WHEREAS, City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be
in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding
that pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets
and Highways Code, Kingston Court, Fayette Lane, and Maywood Lane in Unit 10 of
the Ravenwood Estates Subdivision are hereby accepted into the City street system

for maintenance and operation by the City.
I� I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 17th day of
November 1992, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Anderson, Arness, Dahl, Kehoe & Moss
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
