A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION CARSON DRIVE,
1 STONEWALR COURT, LYNBROOK LOOP, AND MYERWOOD DRIVE IN
UNIT 1 OF THE STILLWATER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION.

WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Unit 1 of the
Stillwater Heights Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended
that Carson Drive, Stonewalk Court, Lynbrook Loop, and Myerwood Drive in Unit 1 of
said Subdivision now be accepted into the City street system for maintenance and
operation by the City; and
I WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to
be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding
that, pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets
and Highways Code, Carson Drive, Stonewalk Court, Lynbrook Loop, and Myerwood
Drive in Unit 1 of the Stillwater Heights Subdivision are hereby accepted into the
City street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of
December, 1993, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Anderson, Kehoe, Moss and Arness
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Dahl
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
