HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 93-399 - Amending square footage & annual assessment of Assessor's parcel No 101-790-15 in all proceedings for the formation of the Redding Midtown Mall project No.1, benefit Assessment Dist 1993-1 ,,r w RESOLUTION NO. 93- Sqq A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE SQUARE FOOTAGE AND ANNUAL ASSESSMENT OF ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 101-790-15 IN ALL PROCEEDINGS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE REDDING MIDTOWN MALL PROJECT NO. 1, BENEFIT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1993-1, CITY OF REDDING, COUNTY OF SHASTA. WHEREAS, on September 7, 1993, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 93-333 calling a Special Mailed-Ballot Election for the Redding Midtown Mall Project No. 1, Benefit Assessment District No. 1993-1, for the City of Redding; and WHEREAS, an election was held September 28, 1993, resulting in the formation of the District; and WHEREAS, in all the documentation pertaining to the formation of the District, the square footage for Assessor's Parcel No. 101-790-15 was inadvertently shown as 65,200 square feet, and should have been 62,320 square feet; and WHEREAS, as the error affects the assessment computation for said Parcel (but not the outcome of the election) , it is necessary to amend all references to the square footage of APN 101-790-15; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves amending the square footage of APN 101-790-15 to read 62,320 and the annual assessment to read $22,435 [as indicated in the attachments] in any and all resolutions, reports, memoranda, agreements, and other documentation referencing or accompanying the same, including, but not limited to: Resolution Nos. 93-296, 93-332, 93-333, 93-334, 93-354, 93-358. Agreement(s) between the City of Redding and the Midtown Mall Benefit Corporation for the Operation and Maintenance of the Redding Midtown Mall Project No. 1. Report(s) for the Redding Midtown Mall Project No. 1, Benefit Assessment District 1993-1, County of Shasta, California.
