3-A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING EXHIBIT C TO THE REPORT FOR THE REDDING MIDTOWN MALL
I� PROJECT NO. 1, WHICH ACCOMPANIED RESOLUTION NO. 93-333.
WHEREAS, on September 7, 1993 , the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 93-333 calling a Special Mailed-Ballot Election for the Redding
Midtown Mall Project No. 1, Benefit Assessment District No. 1993-1, for
the City of Redding; and
WHEREAS, attached to the staff report accompanying said Resolution
'i was a Report for the Redding Midtown Mall Project No. 1 , Benefit
Assessment District No. 1993-1 , which Report included Exhibits A, B, C
and D; and
WHEREAS the square footage for Assessor ' s Parcel No. 101-790-23

'! was inadvertently shown on Exhibit C as 4 ,000 square feet, and should
'I have been 5 ,000 square feet; and
WHEREAS, as the error affects the assessment computation for said
Parcel, a new Exhibit C is attached hereto, to replace the Exhibit C in
the above-mentioned Report;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
approves replacing Exhibit C in the Report for the Redding Midtown Mall
Project No. 1 with the new Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference. Resolution No. 93-333 does not require an
amendment.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on
the 5th day of October, 1993 , and was duly adopted at said meeting by
the following vote:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
