A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 93- 326 AS OF MIDNIGHT, SEPTEMBER 11, 1993, AND
ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 12, 1993.

WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-
Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 93-_326; and
WHEREAS, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Report to City Council,
the Information Systems Department has recommended that a new Executive Management
Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, effective September 12, 1993, to add a new classification of Information
Systems Operations Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of
Redding to adopt such recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redding that Resolution No. 93-326 be rescinded as of midnight, September 11, 1993;
and that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as
set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
effective September 12, 1993.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of
September, 1993, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
