HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 93-326 - Rescinding Reso 93-252 as of 08/28/93 & establish new executive mgmt pay for performance salary plan effective 08/29/93 RESOLUTION NO. 93-326 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-252 AS OF MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 28, 1993, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE AUGUST 29, 1993. I i WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 93-252; and WHEREAS, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Report to City Council, the Public Works Department has recommended that a new Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective August 29, 1993, to add a new classification of Industrial Waste Supervisor; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 93-252 be rescinded as of midnight, August 28, 1993; and that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, effective August 29, 1993.
