HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 93-247 - Rescinding Reso 93-196 & establish new Exec Mgmt pay for perf salary plan effective 06/20/93 RESOLUTION NO. 93-�y 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-196 AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 19, 1993, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 20, 1993. WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 93-196; and WHEREAS, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Report to City Council, the City Manager has recommended that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective June 20, 1993 ; and WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolutior No. 93-196 be rescinded as of midnight, June 19 , 1993 ; and that a new E;.{ecutive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, effective June 20, 1993 .
