A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-196 AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 19,
1993, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-
PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE JUNE 20, 1993.
WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management
Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 93-196; and
WHEREAS, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Report to
City Council, the City Manager has recommended that a new Executive
Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective June 20, 1993 ; and
WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests
of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redding that Resolutior No. 93-196 be rescinded as of midnight,
June 19 , 1993 ; and that a new E;.{ecutive Management Pay-for-Performance
Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, effective June 20, 1993 .
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and
read at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Redding on the 25th day of June, 1993 , and was duly adopted at said
meeting by the following vote:
