RESOLUTION NO. 93-
A
3-A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-437 AS OF MIDNIGHT, APRIL 24,
1993, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-
PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE APRIL 25, 1993.
WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Executive Management
Pay-for-Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 92-437; and
WHEREAS, in order to establish the staff position of Cross-
Connection Control Specialist, staff has recommended that a new
Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as
set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective April 25, 1993 ; and
WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests
of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redding that Resolution No. 92-437 be rescinded as of midnight,
April 24, 1993; and that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance
Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, effective April 25, 1993 .
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on
the 4th day of May, 1993, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the
following vote:
